- Americans for an Informed Democracy – Empowers young people in the U.S. to address global issues by raising awareness and engaging in actions that “promote just and sustainable solutions on their campuses, in their communities, and nationally.”
- American Student Government Association – Network with peers by subscribing to their listservs, find resources and support, and join their Facebook group
- Diversity Leadership Programs – Each year these weekend-long summer programs – sponsored by Monster.com – enable 3,000 selected student-leaders to be eligible for scholarships and to connect with “top-industry companies to develop critical life and career skills while embracing corporate diversity.” Applications are free.
- Emerging Leaders – Supporting individuals with disabilities by providing networking opportunities, internships, and leadership development opportunities.
- Independent College Fund of Maryland – Makes business and leadership scholarships available to students of private Maryland colleges and universities
- Leadership 1000 Scholarship Program – College Success Foundation’s four-year college scholarships are available to “economically disadvantaged students on an ongoing basis.”
