Your professor has informed students they must upload their completed assignments to the course website, and that documents must be saved in Rich Text Format. She gave a tutorial demonstrating how to do this, but it looks like you missed this session. Now you can’t upload your assignment. Add to that, you can’t remember your PIN, so you can’t log in to the course website. To solve this problem, so you won’t lose points for a late assignment, you…
a. Tell her “I didn’t know how,” and ask your professor to explain the whole process to you again.
b. Ask your roommate. He uploads pictures on his Facebook page all the time.

Answer to quiz question:
a. If you missed the assignment deadline because you missed the tutorial, you may be out of luck. Your professor has 85 composition students, and while she will gladly sit down and talk to you about your writing, she doesn’t have time to demonstrate the process to each student (there were 15 this year!) who missed the tutorial.
b. Your roommate doesn’t know your PIN any better than you do. And even if you can log in to the course page, saving documents in Rich Text is not the same as uploading photos!
c. Hooray for you! You’re being self-sufficient. Unfortunately, while trying to find the solution on the right web page, you’ll be cutting down on your productivity.
